About the program
The Back-Office Improvement Show is a space created by e-Consulting Global Solutions OÜ from Estonia and will be broadcasted in English on a monthly basis starting Q1 2025.
EXYGE has been selected to collaborate with the Spanish version of this project. The program is not a copy of the English version, but has creative freedom to direct the show, with the same spirit of the original version but adapted to the needs and interests of Latin American companies. As we progress into the MENA region, an English version of the Spanish driven topics will be available.
Motivation to the Program:
Delve into the heart of every organization: the back-office. This fundamental area covers aspects on the improvement of operations in companies.
What we discussed:
From automation to best practices, from cost reduction programs to organizational culture management and transformation, and from strategic planning to improving business and employee performance.
We address a wide range of topics that drive added value and peak performance in the public, private and non-profit sectors, from a practical approach and drawing on the extensive experience of your hosts and guests.

With a combined experience spanning more than two decades in business consulting locally and internationally, hosts and guests offer a rich combination of methodological knowledge and on-the-ground experience.
