To facilitate the budgetary sustainability of an intense and sometimes unpredictable interaction at the beginning of the program, the PCCI operates on a “leveled fee” after the initial setup. PCCI plans are designed for periods of 6, 12, or 18 months, with quarterly reviews with the CEO to assess progress, adjust priorities, and ensure results are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
